APL Logistics has been contracted by Harman, a global leading provider of premium audio and infotainment solutions, to be their logistics service provider.
Harman is the parent company behind an array of legendary brands including Harman Kardon®, JBL®, Mark Levinson® and Infinity®. The two-year warehouse contract with APL Logistics China was awarded following a competitive tender that included several international competitors.

“The successful effort was led by Leon Liu from APL Logistics CLS team and Tony Cai from APL Logistics Zhiqin JV,” said Danny Goh, Vice President for APL Logistics North Asia. “This win clearly demonstrates our expertise in handling the hi-tech electronics vertical.”
APL Logistics China has set up a new logistics center in Shanghai to supply Harman customers in eastern China and more than 23 major cities across the country. Products will be delivered to Harman’s distributers and flagship stores. More than 700 different products from Harman suppliers will be received, stored, packaged and loaded in the 5,800 square-metre warehouse facility. Concurrently , APL Logistics was also awarded another 2-year warehouse contract renewal by Harman in Futian free trade zone in Shenzhen.
